Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership Cancelation

All of our yearly and monthly Memberships are auto-renewing. Meaning, if you purchased a yearly Membership, this Membership will auto-renew 365 days from the original purchase date.

If you purchased a monthly Membership, this Membership will renew each month.

You can turn off your auto-renewal setting Monthly or Yearly Membership at any time.

Here is how:

IF PURCHASED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

  1. Log into your account through (www.thegrint.com)
  2. Click on “Become Pro” on the top of the Screen.
  3. Click on “Current Membership”
  4. Click on “CANCEL" below the Membership box.

IF PURCHASED THROUGH OUR ANDROID APP

  1. On the Phone:
    1. Open the Google Play Store, then tap your Profile icon > Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select TheGrint > Tap Cancel Subscription > Follow the instructions.
  2. On a computer:
    1. Go to Google Play Store, then at the left menu, click "Payments & Subscriptions” > Select TheGrint > Click Manage > Tap Cancel Subscription > Click Yes.

IF PURCHASED THROUGH OUR iOS (iPhone) APP

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on your Name on the top (Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases)
  3. Tap on Subscriptions.
  4. Tap on TheGrint.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you don't see the Cancel Subscription and no Membership is selected on the Top, your Membership will end on the day it is shown below the list of Memberships

IF PURCHASED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

If you purchased your monthly or yearly Membership through our Website (www.thegrint.com) and you decide to cancel it within 15 days after purchase, you can get a full refund.

IF PURCHASED THROUGH OUR ANDROID APP

If you purchased your monthly or yearly Membership through the App using your Android phone (through Google Play) and you decide to cancel it within 15 days after purchase, you can get a full refund.

IF PURCHASED THROUGH OUR iOS (iPhone) APP

If you purchased your monthly or yearly Membership through our iPhone App and you decide to cancel, it is up to Apple to decide what the procedure is.
